Build on Vordium — quickstarts in Python and TypeScript, guides for market makers and agents, and the full API reference.
Everything here runs on the testnet first. Tokens there have no value, the faucet gives you test USDC, and the same code runs on the main network once you point it there.
First trade — Python
The published SDK: test USDC, a trading key, a limit order, a cancel.
First trade — TypeScript
The same with ethers.js and fetch.
First agent
Register an agent, set its policy and market limits, watch the chain refuse a breach.
First contract
A Solidity contract that places orders through CoreWriter.
Guides
Market making, the market feeds, the dead-man switch, reading records.
API reference
REST, WebSocket, JSON-RPC, signing and every refusal code.
How a client talks to Vordium
- Read the network. Fetch the network spec and
GET /status; check the chain id and the genesis. - Open a trading key. The account signs
SessionCreateonce; the session key then signs orders, so the account's own key is used only to open sessions, withdraw and manage agents. - Sign and send. Each order is EIP-712 typed data bound to the chain's genesis.
- Read it back. A write answers
202when received; it counts once the committed state shows it.
Every code block on these pages marked as a test was run against the testnet before this site was published, with the
published SDK release (1.4.6).
